Capital Camps' first ever Virtual Havdalah. 150 Camp Families connected with them over Zoom and facebook live, and even more have watched the recording posted to their facebook page. It was a magical evening connecting their camp community across the US and globe
-
Virtual ceremony to mark the end of Shabbat. The intermixing of frames between Michelle singing and the viewers both in group view and in individual shots provides a great perspective on a religious virtual gathering. Despite the physical distancing, all are participating in Havdalah, naturally singing along in prayer. Lisa's explanation to the campers about maintaining community during these times and linking Havdalah to the present is an additional grounding point.
