Text along with post:
The current crisis will likely be the defining event for this generation of college students. It will shape how they see the world and clarify their values. Every day UF Hillel is working hard to support our students through this challenging time. We're ensuring that although we are distant, students continue to feel connected and that while the future may be unclear, the Jewish community has their back.
We are also working to strengthen Jewish life for next year, and the year after that, and so forth and so on, when we will have the opportunity to share amazing Jewish experiences with the next class of Jewish Gators. We're already in touch with incoming class of 2024 freshmen, like Jamie Bielski, who are looking to Hillel for guidance, community and stability now more than ever as they navigate a very different type of transition to college life.
During the final hours of #HillelGlobalGivingWeek, help us ensure a vibrant Jewish community for Jamie and the estimated 6,500 Jewish students at UF by making a gift by midnight tonight. Give now at www.hillel.org/UniversityofFlorida
