Doing anything worry cannot change the past. Worry can't control the future. Worry never works. It only makes it worse. Fear is the same way. Fear is Basic human emotion. It's our response to a physical or emotional threat or danger. It doesn't matter if the threat is legitimate or not. We didn't feel fear. Then we wouldn't be able to protect ourselves from legitimate dangers Happen in life. There is a legitimately good fear. We're going to talk about that in a little bit. The fear that Jesus is talking about, and the fear that Isaiah was talking about is a toxic fear that causes us to do some crazy things And approach life a pretty crazy way. And When we worry and we still wanted, it leads to an illegitimate fear that stresses us out and it grips our life. And it doesn't seem like it'll let go. And maybe you're there today.
