God, we want to know your ways. They said all the right things. And on top of that, they fast it fast. It is where you are giving up a craving in the physical to gain something in the spiritual fasting is where you give up food or some other material, physical satisfaction and delight for a period of time and replace it with deep heartfelt communication with the living. God fasting is saying that the spiritual trumps the physical and as bad as the physical is, I need the spiritual to invade it.
