In other words, it is the trust in God. It is not simply my faith, but it is the faith that God himself is true. That is both the truth of the gospel reading today. It's the truth of the epistle reading from Romans five, this faith, which justifies us is the knowledge that God is trustworthy and worthy of our love worthy of our faith.
