I have no man to put me into the pool and Jesus is interested again, not in the faith of this man, because he has no faith. There's no display of any faith whatsoever. This man doesn't even know who Jesus is as we read in this passage, but Jesus is probing him. He's going deeper and deeper into his heart to see what that desire in his heart truly is. And this time Jesus has focused on this, man, I call it introverted desire for healing introverted, meaning he's not going to say it, but it's introverted inside. And then in verse eight, Oh, I love Jesus for this because sometimes we feel like we have to have great faith for Jesus to be compassionate towards us. Don't we feel that way. Sometimes that we have to be right before God for Jesus to love us. We have to have great faith for Jesus to work in and through us. But look with me in verse eight. This is why Jesus is so awesome. He says, man, get up, get up. You didn't say you want it to be healed. You didn't show any sign of faith. You don't even know who I am, but I know you. I know your desire. He says, get up, pick up your pallet that you've been lying on for 38 years that they sign your disgrace, Your lameness, your brokenness, your rejection, pick up your pallet And walk. This is Jesus. And in verse nine, what happens? Did it say Five months later, does this say tomorrow? What did it say in verse nine immediately, immediately,
