The reminder to love our neighbor as ourselves can be very tempting to move into a mode of self preservation. At this time, we're seeing that with a 14 that is happening at grocery stores, which means that some people who need supplies more than others, won't get them and loving our neighbor as ourselves. Remind us us, even if we're not worried about ourselves or our kids getting sick, that all of the protective measures are also for others who are more vulnerable than us. Yes. There's going to be a lot of inconveniences in these next few weeks, but loving our neighbor as ourselves calls us to make these sacrifices.
