Text of excerpt, if available

So I wanna suggest to you and offer to you a specific way to pray in these next few days. It's a particular kind of prayer called Ignation contemplation. And it's a practice used regularly by Pope Francis. The process is very simple sometime in the next day or days. Take a little bit of time to imagine yourself at this well in the desert that we just heard about and imagine yourself talking to Jesus there, you might want to imagine what the temperature is, what the sun is like. You can imagine what you're wearing, what Jesus is wearing, what he looks like. This is called composing the scene in your mind. And it doesn't matter whether it's historically accurate or not next, tell Jesus whatever is on your mind about the coronavirus or anything else. And you don't have to edit your thoughts or your language or your feelings because Jesus can handle it all. And then wait and see how he responds. It might be with words or it might not be. And don't worry about if you're making something up or if you're imagining a response from God, same Ignatius taught that God can speak to us through our imagination when we pray like this. So let me tell you what happened when I did this the last couple of days, I'm not very good at math, imagining things visually. So I can't get a good sense in my mind of what Jesus his face looks like. But I imagine Jesus and I sitting down with our backs against the Wells sitting right next to each other.
