I don't know if you recognize the Bible teachers this, but this verse is a command. You are commanded to be happy in our triune God, but notice when this passage indicates that you're to rejoice, always non occasionally not when things go as you have planned, not only when the sun is shining, not only when our health is at 100%, no we're to rejoice in the Lord. The Bible says always, and in case we missed it, he repeats himself. By saying again, I will say rejoice.
