Why? Well, because it's been infected by sin when Adam and Eve disobeyed God, sin came into the world and infested all of creation and now the soil produces storms. Now, now the lamb lie no longer lies down with the lion and, and we have tornadoes. We have floods and we even have pandemics. Now, just to be clear, this was never God's desire. Pandemics are the result of human sin.
