Thing we do, and the last thing we do at night may often guide us in how it focuses us. And those are the first thing you do every single morning. Actually, I'm guilty of this, this past week, every single morning, I'm looking at the Chronicle or looking at CNN, looking at the news, just find out what's happening. And I want to keep up to date. And then I also did the same thing at the end of the night. I'm looking what's going on. I don't need updates. And it's not that I'm discouraging us from knowing what's going on. We should know what's going on yet. What is my mind? Where am I focused
