Please see our current store hours below. Unfortunately we are no longer accepting phone calls to the
store due to the pandemic. We have never not taken phone calls and this was an excruciating decision
for us but the shutting of the phones will just create a far better operating environment within the
store, which has fewer people on premises due to the necessity of social distancing guidelines. We
know that many of you have questions or concerns, including about orders already placed for
Passover, and we remain here for you. All your questions and concerns will be answered by email at

reached our capacity constraints. We will be open throughout Passover in accordance with the below-listed
hours. Please see our Passover Menu here. Chol Hamoed orders may still be placed by EMAIL ONLY
(service@thekmp.com) until we reach our capacity. Thank you so much for your kind understanding.
We hope you are safe amidst the current Covid-19 Pandemic. We have been around for over 20 years and remain
steadfast in our commitment to the highest quality customer service and the happiness of our wonderful customers.
We love this city, our fabulous employees and our fantastic patrons. However these are the most trying business
conditions we have ever seen and, in truth, its not even close to anything we've ever seen or experienced before.
Limitations on supplies, operational hours, distance between individuals, employee health & welfare, customer health
& welfare, as well as compliance with evolving governmental mandates, have necessitated entirely new operating
procedures. As a result, please see our updated Covid-19 comments here. New operating procedures are
summarized below:
1 - Passover orders can no longer be accommodated given current operating conditions as we simply do not have
enough space or capacity to do them as we have in the past. We are also unable to accept changes to any existing
Passover orders. We will be open throughout Passover in accordance with the below-listed hours. Please see our
Passover Menu here;
2 - In light of the effect of COVID-19 throughout NYC, we closed the store on Tuesday, March 24th, in order to
conduct a deep cleaning of all cooking surfaces, equipment & machinery, shelving, walls & floors, shopping wagons
& shopping baskets. This has now been completed. Subsequent cleanings have taken place during store hours and
are continuing on a daily basis. We are doing this to ensure that we create & maintain the safest possible shopping
experience for all of our wonderful employees & patrons. We have also implemented stringent daily sanitation
protocols within the store;
3 - Starting Wednesday, March 25th, only 6 - 8 customers at a time will be allowed into the store. A properlydistanced line will be maintained outside the store for customers awaiting entrance;
4 - Please note that Fresh Meats, Poultry & Fish are now Kosher for Passover and our Passover groceries are already
available in the store. We are turning over our kitchen for Passover on Sunday, March 29th. On this day, as well as
Monday, March 30th, a limited selection of non-Passover Prepared Foods will be available. Passover Prepared Foods
will be available starting the afternoon of Tuesday, March 31st; and

Sunday 9:00 AM - 6:45 PM;
Monday 8:00 AM - 6:45 PM;
Tuesday 8:00 AM - 6:45 PM;
Wednesday 8:00 AM - 6:45 PM;
Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:45 PM; and
Friday 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM.

Please note all vegetables are locally-sourced from small, family farms whenever possible. All fish is sustainably
caught or farmed in ways compatible with the vitality of the Earth's oceans.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In an effort to provide excellent customer service, we have several people working to
coordinate all Friday deliveries after the store is closed. When the store is open (until 3:45 PM on Fridays), please
contact the store directly by email for all delivery concerns. However once the store has closed on Friday, should
there still be any questions regarding the delivery itself, or the timing of such delivery, please contact our dispatcher,
